Questions to be think of :

1. Why is the art centre in Petaling Jaya, PJ? Why not in Kuala Lumpur?

2. What is the reasons of community would come here?

• Serving to the PJ Community

• PJ is the important city after Kuala Lumpur in Klang Valley, Selangor.

• PJ is lacking of cultural content in comparison with KL

The building have constant dialogue between the building & the surroundings.

The building is not invading the garden nor the green, but is adding art & cultural value into the site
